Privacy Policy
How we handle your information, enquiries and privacy choices.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Who we are
GRODALE is a housing and small-community brand with activities connected to Poland and Australia. This policy explains how information is handled through grodale.au and our enquiry processes. For privacy enquiries, contact office@grodale.au.
This basic policy identifies the brand and contact point. Full registered operator details, business address and applicable registration numbers will be added when confirmed.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your first and last name, email address, telephone number, suburb or postcode, housing preferences and the contents of your enquiry.
Landowner enquiries may also include the property address, suburb, postcode, ownership and site information, development expectations and documents or photographs you upload. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and ensure you are authorised to share information about other people.
The website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, referral sources, campaign parameters and form submission records. Optional Google services are described below.
Why we collect information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand housing preferences, assess land opportunities, coordinate relevant follow-up and maintain internal enquiry records. Technical records also support website operation, security and troubleshooting.
Where you opt in to development updates, we may use your contact details and preferences to tell you about emerging communities, project releases and relevant opportunities. We do not treat the submission of an enquiry or acknowledgement of this policy as consent to unrelated marketing.
How information is collected
Information is collected when you submit a website form, upload documents, contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us. We may also record subsequent correspondence and information you supply during follow-up.
For land enquiries, the submitted address is sent to Google Maps Geocoding to obtain a formatted address and coordinates for our internal property map. The original address remains part of the enquiry.
You can choose not to provide optional information. Without the required contact or property information, we may be unable to process an enquiry or assess a site.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are saved in the website’s Joomla database and synchronised with ClickUp, which supports our internal contact, buyer enquiry and land opportunity records. Uploaded property documents are stored privately by the website. Email enquiries and notification messages are also handled through our email service. These are internal business records, not a public contact directory.
Website hosting and email are provided through SEOhost in Poland. ClickUp supports our enquiry workflow, while Google supplies address geocoding, analytics and advertising services. These providers process information as needed to provide their services; “internal use” does not mean that information stays exclusively on one server.
Access should be limited to people who need information to handle enquiries or administer the services. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive material through the enquiry forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Disclosure and international processing
Information may be handled by GRODALE personnel and service providers supporting the website, email, enquiry management, security or a specific enquiry. Relevant property information may be shared with advisers or delivery partners where needed to assess an opportunity, or where required by law.
Processing may take place in Poland, Australia and other countries used by ClickUp and Google, including the United States. Provider infrastructure and support locations may change. Overseas privacy protections may differ from those in your country. Contact us if you would like more information about a particular disclosure.
We do not sell the enquiry contact list. Google Analytics and Google Ads involve separate processing of website usage and advertising information when you allow optional tracking.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses necessary storage and cookies for functions such as sessions, security and form operation. Optional Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website visits. Google Ads supports advertising measurement and may use advertising identifiers or cookies. Google Tag Manager manages the delivery of Google tracking tags.
The cookie banner allows you to accept optional Google tracking or use necessary cookies only. Optional Google tracking is held until you accept it. You can reopen Cookie preferences to change your choice. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser. Disabling all cookies may affect some website functions. Browser settings and Google’s privacy controls can provide additional control over information already handled by Google.
Development updates and your choice
The optional marketing checkbox is separate from the acknowledgement needed to process an enquiry. If you select it, we may contact you with GRODALE news, emerging communities, release information and relevant housing opportunities. A dedicated newsletter platform is not currently confirmed.
Our intention is to keep interested people informed at an early stage. Joining the update list does not reserve a home, guarantee availability or create an unconditional priority right to purchase. Any priority release or purchase arrangements will be stated separately for the particular project.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a marketing message or emailing office@grodale.au. Withdrawal does not prevent us from responding to an enquiry you initiate or sending necessary communications about an existing matter. Marketing messages will identify the sender and provide a way to unsubscribe.
Retention
Information is retained according to the purpose for which it was collected, the progress of an enquiry or property assessment, your update preferences and any applicable record-keeping obligations. A fixed retention period has not yet been adopted.
Update-list contact details may be retained while your consent remains active and the update service remains relevant. You can ask us to stop updates or request deletion. Records that must be retained for legal reasons, to document consent or to honour an opt-out may need to be kept separately. Deleting an active record does not necessarily remove it immediately from retained backups.
Access, correction and privacy requests
Email office@grodale.au to request access to your information, correct it, withdraw consent or ask for deletion or restricted use. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
We will assess the request and explain any limitations, including information needed for a current enquiry or records we must retain. Please identify the email address used for the enquiry without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Complaints and updates
If you have a privacy concern, contact office@grodale.au with the relevant details so we can investigate and respond. If it remains unresolved, you may seek guidance or raise a complaint with the privacy authority relevant to your circumstances, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia or the Polish data protection authority, where their jurisdiction applies.
We may update this policy when our business details, service providers or information practices change. The current version will be available on this page. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
