This website presents GRODALE’s housing approach, construction system and developing residential-community concepts for Western Australia. GRODALE has activities connected to Poland and Australia. General enquiries can be sent to office@grodale.au.

Full registered operator details, business address and applicable registration numbers will be added when confirmed. These terms describe use of the website; they are not a contract for the sale of land, a home or construction services.

Information and project updates

We aim to present useful information, but many homes, communities and project details are still being developed. Information may be updated as design, planning, engineering and commercial arrangements progress.

Website content should be read alongside the current project-specific information supplied by GRODALE. If you need to make a decision about a property, please ask us to confirm the relevant details. Corrections to this website do not change a signed contract or remove rights under applicable law.

Concept images, plans and illustrations

Renders, illustrative images, diagrams, sample floorplans and site layouts may show concepts rather than an existing or approved development. Some images may be digitally generated. They may include indicative landscaping, furniture, finishes or amenities that are not part of a final offering.

Unless expressly identified as confirmed project documentation, these materials should not be treated as evidence of planning approval, final dimensions, exact inclusions or a completed property. Final layouts, areas and specifications will be stated in the relevant project documents.

Availability, pricing and inclusions

Displaying a concept or collecting interest does not mean a home or site is available for sale. The number of homes, release dates, prices, inclusions, shared facilities and purchase terms depend on the particular project.

Any stated estimates or indicative details are subject to confirmation. A purchase or development commitment requires the relevant separate documentation and agreement; it cannot be created simply by viewing this website or submitting an enquiry.

Construction and timeframes

Information about prefabrication and parallel construction describes the intended approach. Engineering, approvals, production, shipping, site preparation, weather, services and local completion requirements can affect an individual project.

Illustrative stage sequences and general descriptions are not a guaranteed completion date, a fixed delivery period or a promise of identical outcomes for every site. Confirmed project commitments will be documented separately.

Registering interest

Registering interest allows GRODALE to understand what you are looking for and respond to your enquiry. If you separately opt in, we may also share development and release updates. Registration does not require you to buy and does not oblige GRODALE to offer a particular property.

We intend to keep registered, opted-in contacts informed about relevant emerging opportunities. Registration alone does not reserve a home, guarantee a price, create an unconditional priority purchase right or guarantee that an opportunity will suit you. Any early-access or priority purchase process will have separate project-specific terms.

Land submissions

Submitting a site allows us to consider whether it may suit a future GRODALE development. You should be authorised to provide the information and any documents, and tell us if information is approximate or uncertain.

An enquiry or initial assessment does not constitute a valuation, an offer to acquire the land, confirmation of planning potential or an agreement to develop it. Any sale, deferred settlement, partnership or joint venture requires separate assessment and written agreements. Please provide only documents relevant to the assessment and avoid unnecessary third-party personal information.

Independent advice

General website information is not personalised legal, financial, tax, planning or engineering advice. Before making a property or investment decision, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances and check the actual project and contractual documents.

Nothing on the website guarantees investment returns, resale value, finance availability or approval of a proposed development.

Website use and external services

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files or provide information that you are not authorised to share.

Content and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights held by GRODALE or the relevant owners. You may view and share links for ordinary personal use; contact us before reusing images, plans or branding for commercial purposes.

The website may link to third-party websites or use external services. Their information and privacy practices are governed by their own arrangements. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the accuracy of external content.

Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiry processing, optional development updates and optional website tracking are separate purposes. You can change optional Google tracking through Cookie preferences and withdraw marketing consent by emailing office@grodale.au.

Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not itself sign you up for marketing. These website terms do not override your privacy choices.

Your statutory rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Any separate signed project agreement remains subject to applicable law.
